WHOLE WHEAT GHEE COOKIES🍪 These cookies are light and perfect to have along with ☕️tea or anytime. Whole wheat flour gives the cookies a nice nutty flavor and you can add fine chopped pistachio or almonds to give it more texture. I made these plain and used ghee. You can make the same recipe using the all-purpose flour and butter. This cookie has melt in the mouth texture. If you like your cookies crisp, and love some color on them, bake it for 12 minutes like I did and if you like them chewy bake it for only 10 minutes.

2 Cups Whole wheat flour
1/2 Tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Cup ghee
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 Tsp Vanilla essence
▶️Make a dough with all ingredients making sure all dry ingredients are sifted before. Place it in refrigerator for at least an hour before rolling the dough into a log and cutting 1/4 inch pieces of these. Dough will be easy to slice. Give them a shape or not. Arrange on a baking tray with space in between and bake for 10-12 minutes. Voila!
