UDON NOODLES WITH FRIED TOFU AND ORANGE NIM JIM🥢
A yummy dish from by Ottolenghi and ixta.belfrage . This is the first dish I’m trying from this cookbook and it is full of fresh flavors. This take on Thai Nim Jim sauce has the perfect balance of sweet, sour and savory tastes- orange juice, tamarind juice, soy n fish sauce, Aleppo chilli and maple syrup with lots of fine cut herbs. The warm sauce is poured over cooked udon noodles which are the best noodles for this recipe as they just soak in the sauce😋. The dish finally comes together when tossed with Fried tofu chunks and lots of fresh cilantro, basil and Chile peppers.
