SPICY RICE BALLS IN TARMARIND RASAM BROTH♨️ This is the second dish from the by Ottolenghi and ixta.belfrage . I was wanting to create this ever since I saw these pictures from other enthusiastic cooks. I have made idli rice, rice rasam many many times and this is a beautiful fusion. The tamarind rasam broth, made witth pulp, ginger, and fresh turmeric, has an incredibly intense flavor – sweet, salty, sour, and spicy all at once. I added some lentils to it like how I usually would cook my rasam and this is a slight adaptation from the recipe. The rice balls are a great way to present this dish. These balls are flavored with onions, ginger, garlic and herbs. It’s a complete meal with rice balls dipped in hot♨️ rasam broth with added lentils.
