ROAST SWEET POTATO WITH MAPLE, LIME AND PECANS
Baked and caramelized sweet potatoes in maple syrup and olive oil and then topped with butter miso sauce, pecans and chillies marinated in lime. It’s even more delicious than it sounds. This is my second time making this Ottolenghi dish and I love how minimal prep this dish requires and the result is so delicious.
