LENTIL FRITTERS WITH GREEN CHUTNEY AND GRATED RADISH ~Ram Ladoos~ Chaat meals are on our minds today 😊. These salty and sour crisply fried mung dal fritters is a perfect spicy snack during winters. The meal is inspired from the popular snack, called “Ram Ladoos” from the streets of Delhi. If you didn’t know, Delhi street food is a cuisine in itself and a paradise for local and traveling foodies. I have my 2021 goals to try many of the Delhi street food recipes in my kitchen😊. Stay tuned!
.
The recipe requires some prep work of ingredients, but you can make the green chutneys, and grated radish salad in advance, and throw everything together quickly on the hot crispy fried mung fritters just before eating.
Recipe’ish- Mung dal is soaked overnight and is blended into a fine paste and mixed with simple spices before frying in the shape of small balls. Enjoy it hot when the fritters are crispy♨️👏 and layer them with green chutney, radish salad and a sprinkle of chat masala.
