Loving these homemade flatbreads as they steam from within ♨️and puff up. I shape the dough into small balls, then flatten them with the palm of my hand and throw them in a hot skillet with a tiny amount of olive oil. Just a couple of minutes on each side and then they go all puffy and soft and chewy.
INGREDIENTS (count 7-8)
2 1/2 cups Greek yogurt 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt 2 tsp desired chopped herbs, such as tarragon, oregano
