CRISPY VEGETABLE PAKORAS
I have many fond memories of my mother cooking pakoras when I was a child. She would always make an extra batch while making kadhi as we all enjoyed eating pakoras hot and crispy. Pakoras are probably my all time favorite and satisfying appetizer. I serve pakoras with a mix of tamarind or cilantro mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
The pakoras also have the added benefits of being vegan and gluten-free.
