CHAAT MASALA POTATOES WITH YOGHURT AND TARMARIND.😋
Inspired by the Delhi street food classic aloo and papdi chaat, another delightful recipe inspired from -chaat masala potatoes flavored with an addictively tangy spicy green chutney and a sweet tamarind dressing.
I have had aloo chaat and papdi chaat hundreds of times and I’m loving this fusion chaat and how easy it is to put together. A fantastic recipe inspired from Ottolenghi and I have this a few times already with some twists.
Potatoes slices are blanched and drizzled with oil, salt, pepper and baked in the oven.
Greek yoghurt with finely chopped herbs and light salt is layered with sweet tamarind and spicy green chutney and baked potato chips are placed on top. All this gets a hearty sprinkle of chaat masala and garnish of green chillies, onion circles and toasted coriander and nigella seeds.
