Ingredients

  • 250 grams potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper powder (to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Notes

Wipe the potatoes wedges well after soaking to make sure they turn out crispy. You can even spread them on a kitchen towel for an hour to get rid of excess moisture.
